When thinking about super-regeneration or healing magic (what? Chrono Redux.), I generally remember Panels 7 and 8 of this comic.

So yeah, think of the regeneration as "putting order back into a disrupted system," I guess.

Okay, I'm not sure I want to send in another Ask Remula ticket, so I'll clarify here.

For the sword, imagine the extreme. You're lying on the ground with a sword lodged in your ribcage. On top of the sword, weighing it down, is an anvil. And on top of the anvil is an apartment building. On top of the apartment building is the moon, and on top of the moon, both of Rosibma's moons. I doubt the healing muscles would be able to push that out. Or supposing you were just crushed under all that? Or that your head was chopped off and your stump of a neck was blocked off by an anvil (and building and all three moons).

Basically, what I'm asking is if there's any way of upping the ante so high that the regeneration wouldn't be able to combat it.

I suppose that might work. I hadn't really thought that far ahead with it.

I admit, I didn't catch it as a prank at first, since the Ambis already look sort of like that. I thought you were just trying out a new (weird) art style.

Although I wonder what Amblians like Hereclix would look like under this new paradigm.

Oddly enough, I actually like new Kelelder more. Weird.

They don't look so bad like that. Be funny if that form somehow became canon. XD
